CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. All deposits are non-refundable and are forfeit if you cancel a reservation or fail to take up the accommodation.
2. If you cancel, fail to arrive or leave prematurely (or are asked to leave for any reason), you may be liable for the total cost of the booked period. This will be refunded or part thereof, after the booked period, where every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation.
3. There is a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING policy in all areas of the hotel (this includes hanging out of the window to smoke).  There will be a charge for cleaning (up to £50) and any damage caused by smoking.  You will be asked to leave.
